1. General and scope writing
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all orders you make at the online store of SHWETHA Design UG (haftungsbeschränkt ) (hereinafter SHWETHA ) .
1.2 The range of goods in our online shop is exclusively for buyers, who have reached the age of 18 . Consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction with SHWETHA , which can be attributed mainly neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity . Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership,in concluding a legal transaction with Shwetha in their commercial or independent professional activity.
1.3 Deviating Terms of entrepreneurs we hereby object. Other than the regulations contained herein are valid only with our express written confirmation to consumers and entrepreneurs. Verbal agreements are for their validity on a durable medium, eg Email to document . For all transacted under www.shwetha.net purchases in our online shop the prices quoted in the offer at the time of ordering apply. The stated prices are final, which means they include the currently valid German VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately. These are in the shopping cart system and shown again separately in the ordering process. Any possible additional costs, such as Import turnover tax or import duties are to be borne by the customer . According to existing law deliveries to the USA are exempt from import turnover tax or import duties if the value of the shipment does not exceed 800 USD.

4. Payments
4.1 Payment may be made by credit card ( VISA / MasterCard ), Paypal . All payments and credits to be settled in EURO and USD .
4.2 Credit card : With this payment at the time of online purchase the amount on your credit card will be reserved . The actual charge to the credit card takes place in parallel with the creation of the shipping confirmation email . Any recovery of sums paid by you will be credited by SHWETHA your credit card account .
4.3 PayPal : With this payment you will be redirected to click confirmation on the Paypal page . After completing the payment over their own Paypal account, you will be prompted to complete the purchase in the online store . Next will each receive a confirmation e -mail through the online store and through Paypal . Any recovery of sums paid are credited to your Paypal account.

5. Delivery , Delivery & Returns
5.1 Delivery takes place within Germany, European Union, Switzerland and the USA with DHL , in exceptional cases with UPS . The mode of shipment shall moreover be at SHWETHA’s discretion.
5.2 Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is within 2 to 5 working days to the delivery address you specify . Deliveries to the USA take 5-7 working days. Costs incurred by a faulty address details may be passed on to you . For possible delays or other customers disadvantages arising from an incorrect address , SHWETHA is not liable . Information about delivery times refer to the expected delivery date. The delivery period may be extended upon the occurrence of events that significantly complicate delivery and the SHWETHA does not affect, to a reasonable extent . SHWETHA will inform you in case of corresponding delivery problems immediately.

5.3 Shipping fees and delivery times
With each new order and delivery address falls within Germany to a shipping fee of 9,00 €. The shipping fee includes postage, packing and insurance.
For deliveries within the European Union *, to Switzerland and to the USA we charge you a shipping fee of 25.00 EUR. This includes postage, packing and insurance. Deliveries to the USA are currently exempt from additional US import duties and US import tax if the value of the shipment does not exceed 800 USD . Returns – The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of a fortnight. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You just have to pay for any diminished value of the goods, when this value is due to a loss necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods handling.

7. Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or content, as you claim those defects immediately to the deliverer and please do not hesitate to contact us directly by e -mail at shop@shwetha.net on. 9. Retention of title
Until full payment of the delivered goods remain the property of SHWETHA .

10. Warranty
